Lead and manage business and technology initiatives across requirements gathering, functional analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-production support. Serve as a subject matter expert for business applications and functional domains, driving strategic and regulatory change, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Partner with business and technology teams to translate objectives, risks, and operational needs into effective solutions, while providing production support and presenting recommendations to governance forums.
