Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery and capacity acceleration for Naval Radars Growth Programs and support franchise growth strategy.
  • •Provide program leadership for new radar and international growth programs to meet technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • •Work with Raytheon Strategic Business Units and the Requirements & Capabilities team to develop new applications and transition programs from capture to execution.
  • •Own New Product Introduction (NPI) scope for the Future X-Band Radar franchise through transition from EMD to Naval Power LRIP.
  • •Represent Naval Radars as the customer-facing program manager for adjacent and international solutions and interface with the Navy International Program Office (NIPO).

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent) and at least 14 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 12 years’ experience.
  • •Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, and Estimate at Completions (EACs).
  • •Lead proposal activity and franchise captures.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and drive development, production, and sustainment programs.
  • •Program Management Level 3 certification (or ability to achieve within 1 year).
