Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute strategic priorities for CMS in Latin America to accelerate revenue growth goals.
  • •Own all CMS results and expansion in the region, including regional strategy, sales relationships, new business development, product delivery, platform development, and support.
  • •Oversee pipeline generation, sales execution, and opportunity management across LAC, balancing quick wins with sustainable growth.
  • •Develop and execute comprehensive account plans in partnership with Account Executives and generalists to maximize growth opportunities.
  • •Lead and develop a regional team, translate priorities into actionable operating plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, merchant sales & acquiring, CyberSource, Visa Consulting & Analytics, risk, and digital partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 12+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 10+ years with a PhD.
  • •Extensive sales leadership experience in commercial payments, cash management, treasury management, and/or launching new FI products.
  • •Deep experience in Commercial or Transaction Banking (10+ years), or commercial payments, with strong understanding of the LAC regulatory and market environment.
  • •Proven track record managing large-scale commercial payments and launching new financial products in LAC.
  • •Experience leading teams within complex, multi-country, matrixed organizations.
