Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness within organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • •Collaborate with KMG teams and site stakeholders to develop and implement material improvements that reduce cost and improve quality and delivery performance.
  • •Execute packaging material qualification and plan/perform qualification testing (including ESD, dimensional, drop, vibration, strength, banding, and water leak) and produce qualification reports.
  • •Apply statistical and quality tools (8D, SPC, JMP) to support root cause analysis, qualification, and continuous improvement.
  • •Maintain laboratory and supplier quality management activities, including 6S standards, material/sample/asset management, supplier defect assessment, corrective actions, and change management for material changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •0-2 years of experience in material qualification, packaging materials, or semiconductor manufacturing support is a plus.
  • •Knowledge and application of quality and statistical analysis tools.
  • •Ability to work independently while effectively supporting global teams.
  • •Strong analytical thinking and communication skills to collaborate across all levels.
