Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of Product Security’s technical roadmap for AI security controls and assurance.
  • •Design, implement, and operate controls for AI-assisted software development, including secure review of AI-generated code and automated testing with risk-based enforcement.
  • •Conduct and lead security reviews of AI-enabled applications and systems (models, agents, retrieval systems, data flows, and external tool integrations).
  • •Create and drive controls for agent identity, least privilege, tool access, execution isolation, human approval, and safe interruption of unsafe behavior.
  • •Build AI-driven capabilities for vulnerability discovery and remediation, define runtime monitoring/auditability and incident-response requirements, and serve as an escalation point with architectural reviews after incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •5+ years in software engineering, application security, product security, or cybersecurity, including leadership across multiple teams or platforms.
  • •Deep knowledge of application security vulnerabilities, secure software development practices, and technical controls for prevention and remediation.
  • •Hands-on experience securing AI systems.
  • •Hands-on experience building and operating production security tooling/automation/platform services or developer-facing capabilities, plus mentoring engineers.
