Support AI-enabled transformation, ensure data readiness with IT&D, and design robust evaluation frameworks using tools like BASES and LINK.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end consumer insights and research agenda, including quantitative, qualitative, ethnographic studies, and consumer journey mapping.
•Design and drive innovation learning plans and develop holistic CMU performance narratives to guide strategic decisions.
•Manage brand health tracking for Hygiene and integrate global/local learnings for forward-looking diagnostics.
•Own Nielsen retail audit, build dashboards linking syndicated and internal data, and generate actionable commercial insights.
•Support the I&A transformation agenda with AI-enabled tools, data readiness/quality governance with IT&D, and run market research projects end-to-end.
