Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, working with a delivery team and a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready capabilities from day one. You’ll develop AI agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integrations), own end-to-end technical components, build data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, and deliver dashboards and KPI reporting. Travel to customer engagements as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions that take real actions for real organizations inside customer environments.
•Develop agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems using an agentic AI platform and LLM techniques.
•Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through deployment, validation, and observability in production.
•Build and integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, including data modeling, pipeline shipping, and output validation.
•Create agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting; contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs and surface platform gaps from field insights.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system you can explain.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with willingness to add more.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including explaining why a prompt failed and what you’d change.
