Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage token and network operations, including new token configuration, risk identification, and token delist work.
  • •Handle deposit and withdrawal operations, covering suspension/resumption, congestion, network confirmation, and address/memo formats.
  • •Oversee wallet balance and fee management, including wallet balance supplementation and fee profit monitoring/adjustment.
  • •Build operational tools such as data analysis dashboards, operation backend tools, and monitoring/alarms.
  • •Diagnose operation status and produce daily/weekly and other analytical reports while ensuring regulatory compliance and digital asset/user security.

Key Requirements

  • •3-7 years of experience in a relevant field with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.
  • •In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web 3 projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and trading platforms.
  • •Proven track record managing digital asset operations, including custody, transaction processing, and security protocols.
