Own token, network, and wallet operational workflows across the lifecycle of digital assets, including configuration, delisting, and risk identification. Manage deposit/withdrawal operations, congestion handling, and transaction confirmation details while monitoring wallet balances and fees. Build and maintain operational tools such as data dashboards, backend utilities, and monitoring/alarms. Diagnose operation status with daily/weekly reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and help resolve wallet issues with internal teams.

•Manage token and network operations, including new token configuration, risk identification, and token delist work.
•Handle deposit and withdrawal operations, covering suspension/resumption, congestion, network confirmation, and address/memo formats.
•Oversee wallet balance and fee management, including wallet balance supplementation and fee profit monitoring/adjustment.
•Build operational tools such as data analysis dashboards, operation backend tools, and monitoring/alarms.
•Diagnose operation status and produce daily/weekly and other analytical reports while ensuring regulatory compliance and digital asset/user security.

Key Requirements

•3-7 years of experience in a relevant field with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.
•In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web 3 projects.
•Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and trading platforms.
•Proven track record managing digital asset operations, including custody, transaction processing, and security protocols.
•Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
