Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate forklifts, cranes, conveyors, and other material-handling equipment to move steel products.
  • •Safely load and unload steel materials from trucks, conveyors, and storage areas per standard operating procedures.
  • •Maintain accurate records of material movement, stock levels, and distribution logs.
  • •Follow workplace safety regulations, including PPE usage, load capacity limits, and equipment maintenance checks.
  • •Inspect materials for damage, perform pre-operational checks, and coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to improve flow and respond to emergencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling machinery in a production/distribution environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years working experience, including 2 years relevant experience; 1 year GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of workplace safety standards, load balancing, and hazardous material handling practices.
  • •Ability to track material movement and support inventory control procedures.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills is required.
