Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close process for assigned areas.
  • •Prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis for revenue and AR accounts.
  • •Manage full accounts receivable processes for committed customers, including invoice preparation, collections, billing portals, and reserve recommendations.
  • •Respond to customer inquiries on invoices, payments, taxation, and invoicing prerequisites such as purchase orders and supplier registration forms.
  • •Manage the order to cash process: review contracts, sync opportunities from SalesForce to Netsuite, set up sales orders for proper revenue recognition and compliance, and support annual financial statement audit preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of accounting experience, including 1–3 years of revenue accounting experience.
  • •BS in Finance or Accounting.
  • •NetSuite or similar ERP system experience.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with strong time management and communication.
