Job Summary

Own revenue accounting for assigned areas, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities. Prepare journal entries, revenue/AR account reconciliations, and flux analysis, and manage end-to-end accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, billing portals, and reserves. Handle order-to-cash workflows by reviewing contracts, syncing opportunities from Salesforce to NetSuite, and setting up sales orders. Collaborate with FP&A, Billing, Analytics, Revenue Operations, Support, and Sales, and support annual audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close process for assigned areas.
•Prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis for revenue and AR accounts.
•Manage full accounts receivable processes for committed customers, including invoice preparation, collections, billing portals, and reserve recommendations.
•Respond to customer inquiries on invoices, payments, taxation, and invoicing prerequisites such as purchase orders and supplier registration forms.
•Manage the order to cash process: review contracts, sync opportunities from SalesForce to Netsuite, set up sales orders for proper revenue recognition and compliance, and support annual financial statement audit preparation.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of accounting experience, including 1–3 years of revenue accounting experience.
•BS in Finance or Accounting.
•NetSuite or similar ERP system experience.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with strong time management and communication.
