Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the achievement and sustainability of strategy and institutional excellence at the center, applying standards approved by relevant legislative authorities.
  • •Oversee preparation and development of policies, procedures, and technical regulations related to strategy and the clinical scope of health services, and ensure implementation of the center’s quality and institutional excellence model/framework.
  • •Prepare and qualify the center to meet requirements for excellence awards and various international accreditations at local, regional, and global levels according to the center’s plan.
  • •Provide technical support to organizational units to implement Dubai Government Performance Excellence and the approved quality management system, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to capture their needs and expectations.
  • •Oversee clinical and administrative incident programs, continuous training on quality and safety standards, integrate information security/data protection/privacy requirements, and manage quality documentation, audit results, and incident handling per approved policies and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Medicine, plus a Master’s degree in Clinical Quality.
  • •8+ years of experience in the healthcare sector.
  • •Preferred: CPHQ certification.
  • •Ability to oversee development and implementation of strategy, clinical, and quality policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • •Ability to integrate information security, data protection, privacy, and risk management requirements into quality and excellence initiatives.
