Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR support by responding to employment and contract questions, escalating when necessary (onboarding, global benefits, employment verifications, and general inquiries).
  • •Maintain the HRIS, processing team member changes and new joiners with accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Own global HR projects such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives.
  • •Partner with managers and employees to support HR processes and drive people strategy for areas of responsibility.
  • •Process new hires (country-specific onboarding documentation, file creation, systems set-up, and coordination of introductory reviews) and support benefits and payroll processing with payroll liaison.
