Key Responsibilities

  • •Work to achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience and Brand Mission standard for every guest.
  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure customer engagement and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
  • •Build and maintain daily client relationships with customers and resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
