Job Summary

Drive and exceed store sales goals by creating an exceptional ALO guest experience through product education and genuine connection. Lead Flow initiatives to improve productivity, ensure strong sales floor coverage, and build daily client relationships. Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and execute front- and back-of-house procedures. Assist with shipment processing, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe, welcoming store environment.

•Build and maintain daily client relationships with customers and resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
•In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategise and deliver results while supporting action plans and educating guests and staff on product, community, and culture.
