Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver Global Procurement’s communication strategy, editorial framework, and messaging architecture aligned with GP vision and goals.
  • •Set communication priorities and roadmaps to ensure consistent, coordinated, and impactful messaging across functions, leaders, teams, and suppliers.
  • •Serve as a strategic storyteller for the Chief Procurement Officer and senior leadership by creating executive communications, presentations, leader messages, talking points, and strategic narratives.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing global communications team across regions, fostering inclusive culture and flawless delivery.
  • •Own leader communications and governance, and implement measurement strategies using metrics and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness and business impact.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in corporate, executive, internal, or marketing communications, public relations, procurement, supply chain, or a related area, including proven leadership experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • •Experience leading and developing teams across locations and cultures, building effective organizations and improving team capabilities.
  • •Demonstrated agility and resilience in ambiguity, with the ability to influence collaborators and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
