Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a focal point for discipline leads on multi-discipline issues requiring expediting or resolution.
  • •Organise, attend, chair, contribute to, and prepare reports for client meetings; collate and expedite closure of outstanding actions.
  • •Forecast work area activities against schedule and deliverables; integrate design schedules with procurement, fabrication, and construction schedules.
  • •Support project controls by monitoring and reviewing engineering progress, budgets, and performance, and initiating control measures (including manning adjustments).
  • •Maintain project risk registers, support engineering change control (PCR/CR), and manage vendor document receipt/review and RFQ-driven deliverables (CTRs).
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •HND / Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • •Apply Wood and client health and safety standards and maintain safe working practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Work in and lead multi-discipline teams delivering work packages aligned to quality and environmental management systems qualified to ISO standards.
  • •Manage work scope and interfaces between engineering disciplines to deliver assigned work packages.
  • •Review vendor documents and identify problem areas.
