Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to solve complex problems

  • •Leverage AI and automation tools (including Sema4.ai and Microsoft automation tools) to implement solutions
  • •Work with process owners to map processes and apply Lean concepts, Scrum, change management, documentation, and knowledge transfer
