Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and handle operational functions including audit report reviews and special projects participation.
  • •Validate and complete operational and core system changes for depository products, such as interest rate changes, fee waivers, and charges.
  • •Perform client data integrity maintenance by verifying client data meets bank specifications.
  • •Complete audit reviews for different processes across bank operations and correct account/product specification errors.
  • •Support compliance by completing required compliance training and helping ensure internal controls and mechanisms meet regulatory guidelines and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 1 year of banking experience.
  • •Knowledge of compliance with state and federal regulations including Regulation Z, Regulation B, HMDA, RESPA, FCRA, BSA/USA PATRIOT Act, AML, CIP, RFPA, and CRA.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • •Advanced computer operation skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
