Direct and execute the corporate Health and Safety strategy at the organizational level, ensuring implementation of global standards, legal compliance, and continuous performance improvement across all Pernod Ricard sites in Mexico. Lead H&S strategy, KPIs, and best practices; manage incident investigations and corrective actions; oversee and develop the H&S team; and manage stakeholder relationships, budgeting, and training to drive a high-performance safety culture.
