Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the comprehensive Health and Safety strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • •Establish and ensure compliance with strategic H&S KPIs (TRIR, LTIR, culture, audits).
  • •Lead implementation of corporate standards and global best practices across all sites.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable national and international legal regulations, and manage relationships with authorities and external stakeholders.
  • •Approve, manage, and optimize the annual H&S budget; lead, develop, and evaluate the H&S team, including training and incident investigation support.

Key Requirements

  • •Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field of study.
  • •Advanced English.
  • •5–8 years in Industrial Safety and Health.
  • •2–5 years in managerial or similar positions, including personnel management experience.
  • •Mastery of Health and Safety regulations and experience applying ISO standards.
