•Lead your team of software engineers, setting clear priorities, goals and success criteria for the team.
•Own team capacity planning, hiring inputs and resource allocation across your workstreams.
•Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, team recruitment, and people development.
•Mentor other members of the team and lead agile development processes that add incremental value to the platform.
•Collaborate with product management, other engineering teams, QA, operations, and other functions to develop the right solutions and align on rollout strategy.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
•10+ years hands-on experience building robust mobile/web software.

•AI dev tooling embedded in day-to-day work, with judgment to guide safe and effective use by the team.
•Strong ability to build systems that solve complex problems.
