Job Summary

Prepare and review engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) schedules for thermal power generation projects across brown and greenfield stages. Maintain baseline and monthly schedule updates, support claim reviews and responses, and analyze schedule impacts to costs. Use Primavera, MS Project, and InEight (and Primavera/Expedition) to develop logical sequencing, critical path analysis, and master schedule activities across stakeholders, including permitting constraints.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop schedules for power generation projects and project timelines with end-users, contractors, and stakeholders.
•Review schedule concepts, including baseline and monthly schedule updates.
•Review claims and related analysis and assist with response letters for owner, engineer, and contractor claims.
•Analyze schedules to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
•Develop logical sequencing, contract durations, and phasing; support critical path analysis using master schedule activities and permitting matrix inputs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field (architecture, construction management, engineering, business, environmental services, or related).
•5+ years of experience scheduling EPC types of power generation projects.
•Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
•Experience developing logical sequencing, contract durations, and phasing.
•Ability to fully utilize Primavera/Expedition and experience reviewing claims, time extensions, and cost impacts.
