Key Responsibilities

  • •Review Wealth Centre/branch processes and workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and service standards.
  • •Monitor and improve operational performance through health checks, analysis, and stakeholder engagement (e.g., queue management and turnaround times).
  • •Identify recurring operational issues and emerging risks; support escalation, documentation, and follow-through on agreed actions.
  • •Support planning, coordination, and delivery of bank/group projects and regulatory/industry initiatives with tracking of actions, owners, timelines, and benefits.
  • •Partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure a smooth multi-channel client journey, improve end-to-end delivery, and manage vendor performance against SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years’ banking experience, especially branch operations and end-to-end workflows.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with subordinates, peers, senior leaders, and customers.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across Branch/WC teams, Risk & Control, Operations, and vendor partners.
  • •A structured problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset to translate insights into practical process changes.
  • •High ownership, resilience, and attention to detail to manage competing priorities with disciplined governance and documentation.
