Job Summary

Embed with four to five strategic enterprise customers as a dedicated technical partner for agent identity. Build and deploy Okta’s agent security stack, develop bespoke code, and own technical outcomes from prototype through production. Serve as the customer’s trusted voice on agent security, brief senior leadership, integrate Okta components into existing stacks, and deliver white-glove deployments aligned to OWASP, NIST, and regulatory requirements. Translate field learnings into product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed with 4–5 enterprise customers and own agent identity technical outcomes from prototype through production, including sample and bespoke code.
•Act as the trusted technical voice on agent security, participating in standups, design reviews, and incident reviews, and participating in architecture and security risk decisions.
•Architect and deploy Okta’s agent security stack (XAA, FGA, MCP Gateway, agent client registration), covering identity, delegation, audit, and kill-switch end to end.
•Brief and engage senior leadership (CISO, CIO, identity leaders, Chief AI Officer, principal architects) and translate token-exchange flows into agent risk and governance into architecture.
•Deliver white-glove deployments and keep them defensible by aligning decisions to OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications, NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, and regulated requirements (HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 2).

Key Requirements

•7+ years shipping production software, still hands-on in the IDE, with on-call experience and operational maturity for systems that authenticate and authorize at high throughput.
•Proficiency with identity protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, RFC 8693 token exchange, CIMD, DCR, and DPoP.
•Working knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications, NIST AI RMF, and MITRE ATLAS, plus familiarity with Python, MCP, A2A, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act.
•Experience with fine-grained authorization using ReBAC and ABAC with policy engines such as OPA, Cedar, or OpenFGA, and understanding token acquisition, API calls, and delegation by agents.
•Hands-on AI integration experience (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Bedrock, LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or MCP servers) and ability to operate with customer leadership and standups.
