Manager, Digital Programs

Lead end-to-end digital programs in China, providing structure, governance, and delivery excellence across retail, eCommerce, supply chain, and corporate functions. Ensure alignment between global initiatives and local priorities while driving measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitiveness. Partner with China business leadership, global IT, and external vendors, manage risks and budgets, and deliver change initiatives through KPI tracking and senior leadership reporting.
