Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical aspects of integrating Akamai Security Solutions, including configuration, debugging, testing, and go-live.
  • •Analyze customer traffic and systems, then implement Akamai security solutions to address customer security needs.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to scope work, set timelines, create technical solutions, and support implementation.
  • •Use Akamai platform capabilities to support clients and continuously improve solution delivery.
  • •Participate in ongoing training initiatives to develop security expertise and influence process quality improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting enterprise software or in a Professional Services role.
  • •Knowledge of internet fundamentals including DNS and routing, and communication protocols such as HTTP or TCP.
  • •Experience working with cloud environments and automation skills.
  • •Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and how it relates to internet service compromise or attacks.
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical content in English and build relationships with remote/global teams.
