Key Responsibilities

  • •Interview, hire, and develop consultants to support an Advisory Era focused on strategic work, stakeholder alignment, AI competencies, and adoption mindset.
  • •Coach daily experimentation and continuous adaptation so the team tests AI solutions and delivers customer value.
  • •Partner with Sales and other GTM leaders to drive regional services bookings and support strategic account expansion.
  • •Engage customers directly to capture evolving needs, train the team to deliver against them, and act as a first line for customer escalations with a billable target.
  • •Assume full accountability for team fiscal health and performance targets (KPIs), maintain data accuracy in PSA tool(s), and operationalize the transition to an AI-Native PS model.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in SaaS professional services, including leading through business pivots or disruptive technology shifts.
  • •2+ years leading high-performing teams in a formal people leadership or project management capacity.
  • •Experience designing, selling, and delivering solutions in SaaS professional services, ideally with people management or team lead responsibilities.
  • •High emotional intelligence and change leadership, including change management and business process optimization experience with AI strategies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education (minimum 7 years).
