Job Summary

Provide excellent in-store service at adidas Retail Crossing by supporting day-to-day store maintenance and ensuring customers receive the highest level of adidas service. Complete sales transactions as needed, support product ticketing and paperwork checks, and assist with product flow from stockroom to sales floor. Help develop merchandise displays, operate the point-of-sale system, support loss prevention, and complete company training to build product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist management with day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent adidas service and following store policies and procedures.
•Complete sales transactions as needed (cash, credit, checks) and use the point-of-sale system with integrity.
•Support product operations including ticketing, checking paperwork against received items, and helping move product from the stockroom to the sales floor.
•Help develop merchandise displays by following suggestions and schedules from the store management team.
•Support loss prevention by monitoring the sales floor, reporting suspicious activity, and following security procedures.
