•Lead end-to-end technical design, system architecture, and development of complex mobile features for high-reliability environments.
•Champion modern Android UI development with Jetpack Compose and maintain UI standards.
•Establish and drive automated testing strategies (unit, UI, and integration) to ensure stability and prevent regressions.
•Drive technical excellence through coding standards, thorough code reviews, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
•Plan, break down, and deliver multiple concurrent technical initiatives in collaboration with product management and platform teams.

Key Requirements

•Deep Android expertise across the Android SDK, OS internals, framework lifecycle, and modern architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).
•Proven experience building complex, performant UIs with Jetpack Compose and modern Jetpack libraries.
•Advanced Kotlin and Java experience, including asynchronous programming with Coroutines and Flow (and/or RxJava).
•Hands-on automated testing experience using JUnit with Mockk/Mockito, plus Espresso, Compose Test Framework, and UI Automator.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, and 5+ years building cross-platform native apps (iOS and/or Android) and web applications.
