Job Summary

Own delivery of outcomes for Mastercard’s Network Products across transaction stream, network solutions/clearing enhancements, and network edge/access workstreams. Partner with multiple scrum/delivery teams to elaborate functional and strategic business requirements, define scope and dependencies, manage risks, and report progress to senior leadership. Use data-driven judgment and continuous improvement to identify system efficiencies, resolve blockers, and support launches and implementations.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive execution of outcomes from inception through successful delivery across network products spanning multiple teams and enterprise integrations.
•Work with multiple scrum/delivery teams to elaborate functional requirements and create strategic, meaningful business requirements.
•Define and communicate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigations; report progress regularly to teams and senior leadership.
•Act as the first point of contact and source of truth for program status, providing the right information and data to the right audiences.
•Identify system efficiencies and process improvements; support product launches and implementations.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of payments industry and/or financial services experience, including card payments processing.
•Experience building large-scale enterprise technical or engineering programs and products from inception through delivery.
•Ability to articulate impact using metrics and make trade-off decisions considering business goals, platform strategy, customer experience, and maintainability.
•Proven experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision making across teams.
•Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams and influence dependent teams through strong relationship building.
