Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the R&D of high-performance ML models for FGVC and hierarchical classification using supervised and self-supervised learning.
  • •Spearhead exploration of Vision Language Models and CLIP-based architectures for text-to-image and image-to-image retrieval and open-set recognition.
  • •Architect AI Agentic Workflows to automate the data lifecycle, including autonomous data mining, auto-captioning, and synthetic data generation.
  • •Drive production-grade AI, collaborating with Embedded AI Engineers to guide distillation/quantization for edge deployment.
  • •Demonstrate and mentor technical leadership, guiding teams in fast-paced R&D to deploy AI models into commercial products.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep Learning mastery with Transformers (ViT, Swin), CNNs (EfficientNet, ResNet) and object detection/segmentation
  • •Hands-on experience with Multimodal Foundation Models (CLIP, LLaVA) and diffusion/GAN-based data synthesis
  • •Proven ability to build automated data pipelines with Active Learning and Auto-labeling, or agentic data curation
  • •Proficiency in PyTorch (preferred) or TensorFlow, with strong Python and C++ programming
  • •Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, Experiment Tracking) and clean, maintainable code
