Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technology integration activities to enable manufacturability of pioneering DRAM technology, including work on charge storage devices and thin-film transistors (TFTs).
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to solve yield and margin issues through solutions spanning process development, product engineering, design, and mask/probe efforts.
  • •Design and handle experiments in the R&D fab, optimize process flows, and develop creative solutions to meet product requirements.
  • •Extract, supervise, analyze, and react to inline data, defect data, param data, and probe data to fix yield, performance, and reliability issues while adding process margin and reducing costs.
  • •Lead continuous yield improvement and cost reduction, summarizing complex problems and driving teams to implement actions based on findings.
