Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a solutions consultant to clients and internal stakeholders, linking product adoption and campaign strategy to business outcomes.
•Stay current on product developments, market trends, vertical movements, and competitor activity to provide forward-looking recommendations.
•Build Test & Learn frameworks using TikTok measurement solutions to demonstrate full-funnel impact.
•Drive correct adoption and technical implementation of Pixels, SDKs, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), and TikTok Shop integrations.
•Own end-to-end campaign execution checks, monitor delivery, deliver real-time optimization suggestions, and compile actionable reporting and account audits.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in client services, account management, or campaign management in digital performance marketing with hands-on ads platform expertise.
•Ability to optimize against digital media KPIs across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives.
•Proven experience managing complex campaign portfolios for branding and performance advertisers, including multi-market coordination.
•Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Thinkcell, dashboards) with the ability to extract actionable insights.
•Detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative problem solver who can troubleshoot client and platform challenges.
