Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards
  • •Supervise and coordinate housekeeping teams to ensure efficient daily operations
  • •Conduct inspections and follow-ups to ensure service quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are met
  • •Support inventory control, linen and uniform management, and housekeeping equipment upkeep
  • •Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments, and handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally

Key Requirements

  • •Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment (luxury experience preferred for supervisory/management roles)
  • •Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality service standards
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to lead, motivate, and work effectively within a team
  • •Knowledge of hygiene, health & safety, and housekeeping procedures; flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
