Branch Leader I, II or III - Northside Parkway

Lead all aspects of an assigned bank branch, driving performance through coaching, management, and business development. Grow revenue by executing small business and mass affluent strategies through client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, while partnering with IRM and operations teams. Manage branch human capital, including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
