  • •Oversee technical bulletins, construction details, specification and installation literature, and training protocols; monitor product capacities and review quality control testing/procedures.
  • •Serve as liaison with the software provider, oversee maintenance of design software, and facilitate training sessions with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed Professional Engineer (Structural or Civil), with ability to become licensed in multiple states.
  • •BS/BA in Engineering; MS/MA/MBA preferred.
  • •5–7+ years of experience preferred (or 3–5+ years with MS/MA/MBA).
  • •Expertise designing structures with wood, including wood I-joists, structural composite lumber, rim board, and glulam beams/columns.
  • •Strong knowledge of building codes and the National Design Specification (NDS) for Wood Construction, plus blueprint reading.
