Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and communicate product vision, roadmap, epics, and release/product processes for the Scrum/Kanban team.
  • •Own and prioritize the external-API product roadmap and backlog across distributor and partner requests, balancing endpoints by reliability, reuse, cost, and business value.
  • •Drive modernization from pull-only to push+pull, event-driven integration with integration and platform teams.
  • •Sequence and coordinate cross-team dependencies (integration, architecture, data, security) and define/report external-API KPIs (onboarded organizations, transaction throughput, SLA adherence).
  • •Manage product funding, product budget/profit plan, and governance for support, stability, cybersecurity, data, and usage; define and manage user stories/features from epics.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Relevant experience as an analyst, project manager, engineer, BRM, or program lead on moderate to highly complex technology programs.
  • •Experience as a Product Owner (or equivalent) and practical knowledge of modern product management and delivery processes.
  • •Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban software delivery teams.
  • •Advanced English proficiency; fluency preferred.
