Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage programs and operational activities to ensure contract objectives and Government standards are met.
  • •Oversee facilities O&M, utilities management, and related services (including pavement clearance, pest control, solid waste management, special events, and transportation activities).
  • •Plan and direct staffing, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety compliance, and subcontractor/operational performance for fixed-price and cost-reimbursable work.
  • •Track progress against milestones and performance indicators, and prepare reports and operational documentation for Government representatives and senior management.
  • •Supervise multi-disciplinary teams, enforce work standards, develop training programs, and coordinate corrective actions and emergency repair/after-hours responses as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check Investigation (NACI).
  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required (engineering preferred).
  • •Minimum 10 years of specialized experience in public works or base operations support.
  • •Minimum 5 years managing a workforce providing services on BOS contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • •Strong technical background in NAVFAC facility management standards and contract administration, including NAVFAC MAXIMO, ICAP, UICAP, and UIRA.
