Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary owner for shift operations, driving safety, quality, output, and tool availability to exceed factory goals.
  • •Facilitate shiftly tactical operations meetings to translate factory data into priorities and weekly objectives.
  • •Coach and develop shift teams through influence, escalation, alignment with group leaders and department managers, and 2:1 coaching reviews every eight weeks.
  • •Drive improvement against shift-level performance indicators (safety, quality, operational metrics) and coordinate actions to return metrics to baseline.
  • •Provide critical 24x7 senior management coverage, manage Level 1 Task Force activities, and oversee campus operations including business continuity planning and excursion management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 103,000 - 161,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Engineering/production engineer group leader experience and module team leader experience.
  • •Practical line management knowledge and understanding of factory information systems.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing science, capacity metrics, in-line/EOL defect and excursion prevention/response, model-based problem solving, and people management skills.
