Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and review supply and turn-in documents, including DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, and inventory adjustment forms.
  • •Enter supply and accountability transactions into Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, LMP, or DPAS and ensure records are maintained for audit readiness.
  • •Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems in compliance with Army records management requirements.
  • •Provide front-line administrative support to Army units turning in equipment and help resolve documentation errors or discrepancies.
  • •Prepare correspondence and daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission to the Site Manager, COR, and QA staff while ensuring compliance with Army regulations and ISO 9001:2015.
