Key Responsibilities

  • •Own procurement organization and service delivery across ASEAN countries, ensuring sustainable supply and risk management.
  • •Establish sourcing strategies; drive procurement best practices (P2P, contract compliance) and governance/policies.
  • •Deliver reporting inputs (estimates, budget, business cases) and support NPD execution.
  • •Manage procurement operations on a sub-regional level, including stakeholder management and savings targets.
  • •Mentor the procurement team and lead/ direct supplier relationship management and major contract negotiations; drive e-procurement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7-8 years of relevant commercial experience in strategic and tactical procurement at regional or global level.
  • •Expertise in spend and demand analysis and in assessing, screening, and selecting suppliers using TCO.
  • •Strong experience developing and executing RFx and knowledge of e-procurement/e-auction development and execution.
  • •Proven ability in international contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
  • •Master degree (Engineer / Business school).
