Lead procurement strategy and execution across ASEAN countries, ensuring sustainable supply, risk management, and continuous savings. Partner with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Finance, Production, Planning) to maximize value through supplier selection, robust procedures, and contract compliance. Drive best-in-class procurement practices, support reporting and NPD execution, and manage/mentor the regional procurement team while spearheading e-procurement initiatives and supplier relationship management.
