Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess training needs by gathering work procedures, workflow, and functional knowledge; maintain product technical knowledge to develop and present defined courses.
  • •Communicate with product groups for current information; manage multiple projects and represent AGS TS at meetings and industry activities.
  • •Develop and lead NPI training development projects with minimal support; create hardware training student guides and revise final course materials.
  • •Maintain a safe training environment and provide technical expertise/troubleshooting to support system repairs, functionality, and safety retrofit installation.
  • •Deliver training in-house and at customer sites; manage classroom/lab activities, coach and mentor other instructors, evaluate training effectiveness, and address customer satisfaction issues.

Salary: USD 96,500 - 132,500

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in engineering, education, or training, plus 4 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience with installation/programming, safety, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • •If no Bachelor’s degree, 6 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience.
  • •2 years of education/training or training/presentation delivery experience to external customers (required to attain FKA instructional Developer within the first year).
  • •Preferred: nationally recognized Instructional Design certification or 2 years of curriculum development/instructional design experience.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving and teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently and present complex technical information.
