Key Responsibilities

•Source and prioritize events, conferences, and industry shows; own a rolling 12-month event calendar.
•Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons with organizers and vendors to maximize ROI.
•Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design, swag, collateral, lead capture, and travel for the team.
•Be the on-site point of contact; set up/tear down booths and troubleshoot in real time to ensure polished presence.
•Prep the team with objectives, talking points, target accounts, and logistics to ensure everyone knows where to be and what to do.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally B2B or tech
•A track record of organizing events end to end, even at smaller scale
•Experience managing an events budget with ability to forecast, track spend, and maximize ROI
•Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue
•Genuinely into AI and using it to work smarter; able to show specific projects, tools, or workflows where AI was used to automate or improve events marketing
