Job Summary

Lead and grow Cisco’s Federal Civilian Regional Sales organization for the Health & Services region. Own durable revenue growth by building long-term customer and partner relationships, serving as the account orchestrator, and driving cross-portfolio deal coordination. Manage and coach a team of sales professionals, review forecasts and sales data, streamline execution across field and partner teams, and stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics. Base in the DMV area with regular DC client travel.

•Build long-term relationships with customer and buyer stakeholders (e.g., CTO, CIO, CFO) and partner executives.
•Serve as the account orchestrator by aligning solutions to customer needs and driving cross-portfolio growth through deal packing.
•Review forecasts and sales data to remediate tactics and influence sales planning.
•Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development while ensuring consistent execution across field, partner, and virtual teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of sales experience in account and channel
•3 years of sales leadership experience leading high-performing sales talent
•Experience working with a broad range of Cisco technologies
•Experience in federal and healthcare account selling (VA experience is a plus)
•Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques (MEDDPICC knowledge is a plus)
