Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and cook products according to established recipes and production specifications
  • •Monitor baked goods for color/appearance/quality and remove non-conforming product
  • •Inspect products during production and report quality issues
  • •Check and record ingredient/batter/egg wash temperatures
  • •Operate production equipment and follow safety, cleaning, HACCP/food safety, and GMP procedures
