•Support customers through multiphase implementations and go-live activities, partnering with field service, sales, and project management.
•Manage clinical implementation aspects: assess workflows, evaluate education needs, create education plans, and support first customer use.
•Troubleshoot clinical implications of technical implementations (including networks and clinical informatics systems) using product and clinical knowledge.
•Optimize adoption and usage of complex monitoring solutions; support requires approximately 90% district travel.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment; prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience is highly preferred.
•Experience in an ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, and/or PICU setting.
•Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure; must provide verification for a current/active RN license.
•Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications preferred.
•Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) preferred.
