Key Responsibilities

  • •Deepen consumer relationships by staying connected via onboarding and outbound calling, generating appointments, identifying partner referrals, and uncovering consumer lending opportunities.
  • •Grow consumer relationships by managing a top customer portfolio, using marketing campaigns and prospecting research/tools, leveraging refer-a-friend referrals, and using BUILD/BUILD 2.0 with account openings.
  • •Champion operations and compliance by protecting customer privacy and security, handling privacy/security conversations and fee retention topics, following cash handling/dual control guidelines, and adhering to audit and internal control expectations.
  • •Drive personal development through ownership of development, practicing BUILD/BUILD 2.0, building business product knowledge, staying current on internal resources/news, and completing required trainings.
  • •Deliver exceptional customer experience daily by living core values, being the single contact for problem resolution, and maintaining high conduct and account integrity for self and team.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment, exceeding assigned goals while delivering high client service and meeting operational expectations.
  • •Excellent communication skills with strong professionalism and relationship-building ability in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • •Technologically savvy with tools including Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
  • •Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS), and have a valid driver’s license with ability/willingness to travel regionally.
