Site Lead

Oversee site-specific operations in support of government objectives by assisting the Program Manager with supervising contractor personnel, managing schedules and workload, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and government, provide guidance and quality assurance, and prioritize casework. In the absence of the Program Manager, assume full site management responsibility for continuity and stakeholder engagement.
