Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary field resource for obtaining outstanding medical records from provider offices.
  • •Develop and maintain trusted relationships with front office staff, practice managers, medical records teams, and clinicians.
  • •Coordinate a multi-channel retrieval strategy across in-person visits, phone, email, and centralized support collaboration.
  • •Plan and execute territory outreach: prioritize offices, coordinate site visits, and maintain accurate progress documentation.
  • •Co-build a scalable operating model by testing, learning, and documenting tactics, workflows, tooling, and recommendations while maintaining privacy/security compliance.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, account management, field outreach, medical records, practice consulting, healthcare sales, or a related field.
  • •Ability to operate independently in a field-based environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • •Resourceful and proactive approach to solving operational challenges in ambiguous settings.
  • •Strong process-improvement mindset: curious, creative, and able to test new approaches and share findings.
