Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the Asset Management Contracts team to deliver best value and efficiency through contracts, inventory, supply chain management, and legal obligations.
  • •Develop, review, and execute contracts and compliance processes; support contract variation, TPS management, and supplier performance review against KPIs.
  • •Facilitate client interface processes, including scoping/evaluation support, approvals, and resolving contract discrepancies and disputes.
  • •Manage supplier performance management by creating governance procedures, raising awareness of underperformers, and challenging scorecards and KPI targets.
  • •Monitor contract signing and amendment timelines, assess supplier contracts for non-compliance and risk, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver role tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Engineering, Contract Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or Business Management.
  • •More than 5 years’ experience in relevant roles with increasing responsibility.
  • •Proven delivery around contract performance, contractor/supplier management, consolidation, and cost/value management.
  • •Expertise in MS Office (including Presentations) and MS Projects.
  • •Knowledge of residential property contract management and commercial contract assessment, negotiation, and arbitration.
