Own business development and program growth for Starshield across U.S. Federal Civil agencies. Build relationships with agency decision-makers, shape responses to government solicitations (RFIs/RFPs/Sources Sought), and drive capture-to-delivery strategy for satellite communications and AI enterprise solutions. Partner across engineering, customer ops, finance, and contracts to scale a development pipeline, refine engagement roadmaps using feedback and competitive analysis, and identify trends in connectivity, AI, and compute markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key Federal Civil agency decision-makers, program managers, and technical evaluators across communications and AI portfolios.
•Identify new business opportunities and grow existing programs by expanding space sensing, satellite communications, and AI solutions into new revenue lines.
•Shape and support responses to RFIs, RFPs, Sources Sought, and other government solicitations, including pricing, technical volume, strategy, and win themes.
•Collaborate with engineering, customer ops, finance, and other internal business units to drive sales results and efficiency.
•Continuously refine engagement roadmaps based on internal strategies, mission needs, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•5+ years of experience in business development, account management, sales, or U.S. Government acquisition.

•U.S. Government Security Clearance.
