Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of mechatronic systems (mechanical structures, actuators, sensors, motors, transmission mechanisms, and control interfaces) and evaluate design trade-offs.
  • •Perform motion-control tuning and validation for servo/motor/mechanism-driven systems, analyzing accuracy, response time, repeatability, and stability.
  • •Plan and execute validation and engineering characterization across mechanical, thermal, electrical, acoustic, and motion-related performance; document results and risks.
  • •Apply AI-assisted and data-driven methods to improve performance analysis, predictive modeling, trend detection, and engineering decision-making.
  • •Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, firmware, simulation, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and support design reviews and project deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Control Systems, or a related field.
  • •Strong fundamentals in kinematics, dynamics, mechanics, and motion-control systems.
  • •Basic understanding of servo control, mechatronics, feedback systems, or system dynamics.
  • •Practical programming skills in Python, MATLAB, and/or C/C++ for analyzing test data.
  • •Hands-on mindset for hardware work, prototypes, test setups, and debugging, plus strong communication and teamwork.
